The Hurom Slow Juicer is a versatile and is capable of juicing all kinds of fruits and vegetables including leafy greens, wheatgrass and even soybeans. Because of the slow juicing method the juice produced by the Hurom Slow Juicer is rich in vitamins and minerals and leaves pulp that is almost completely void of juice. The Hurom Slow Juicer can also make homemade soymilk as well as milk from different kinds of nuts.
Hurom maximizes juice output by gently pressing the food twice: once in the crushing stage, and again in the second pressing stage before pulp is ejected. A Traditional Juicer expels much of the food before even extracting the juice because of the high-speed motor. Because of the high-speed motors of Traditional Juicers the juice they produce is heated which damages much of the vitamins and minerals in the juice.
The Hurom Slow Juicer is both quiet, producing only 30-55 dBA, and powerful although the Hurom Slow Juicer only uses 150 watts. Hurom has built the slow juicer to be lightweight with a convenient carrying handle for those times you may have to move it and easy to clean.
